Maybe you can try giving more memory. All I had to do was Enable plugins and it automatically enabled and activated the calls plugin:

@girish i tried to add 2 Go (4go total) and it doesn't change anything. I tried to delete, reinstall and activate the plugin form the marketplace and same error.

        Very strange.

Maybe other enabled plugins interfere here? Can you try to disable others one-by-one to narrow down the issue?

For me, the calls plugin was pre-installed. I didn't have to activate it from marketplace.

@girish me too. But the reinstall seems to be the same package (same version and same error).

@nebulon i tried and nothing changes, calls doesn't work.

@Benoit I just tried in our demo instance (https://my.demo.cloudron.io) and it works there. Can you possibly try a test install in another server? Otherwise, if you reach out at support@cloudron.io, I have to debug further.

@girish yes on my others servers Mattermost works well with calls.

I send an email to support, thanks @girish

@Benoit we ran into exactly the same issue with our installation. I couldn’t find anything yet, but suspect that it’s upgrade related (happens not in new installations). Hoping the next upstream MM version fixes it.

Hi, after the last update all is ok on our Mattermost install after 2 restarts. First one on recovery mode and a second one on normal state. I don't know why but now the call plugin is on. I notice an update on the call plugin (I was on 0.19 before the last update and now we are on 0.20). Problem solved ! @tronical do you have the problem after the last update ?

Same here, with the latest update it works now. Thank you folks for updating the cloudron app!! (You don’t realize how dependent you’ve become on a feature until it is gone 🙂
