It worked for me as well. I used the same email address as the one registered in the N8N instance to request the license key. The email arrived quickly. I followed the license activation procedure and it seemed to work. Note: there is no indication in the N8N dashboard other than "Registered". I submitted a support ticket and they confirmed that my license was activated. They will consider my observation that displaying the activated licenses would be an improvement in the UI. Here is how to do it.
- Go to your dashboard.
- Check if you are on the latest version 1.64.3
- Bottom Left, click on your name > pop up menu > settings
- The personal settings page will open up. Locate the menu on the left and find: usage and plan
- In the Usage and Plan page that opens up, located the following word: Unlock selected paid features for free (forever)
- Click the word, 'Unlock'
- Enter your email in the box under: Enter email to receive your license key
- Click on the 'Send me a free license key' button - and you will get the license key in your email.
- Enter the Activation key and 'Activate'
- Enjoy!

Seems a bit mean that the open-source version doesn't allow for more than one Admin user when you can just share the Owner login credentials with other Admins to do the sensible things that Admins need to do.
Be interested if anyone finds any other workaround for this deliberate limitation.

But yeah in your screenshot you don't have "Usage and plan". Idk why.

@ValueShopperUSA This appears to be the SaaS version where you are on Trial plan.
I think you need the self-hosted version (like on Cloudron) for this to work.
