Add notification for Certificate errors

I had changed my credentials for Cloudflare but also used the global API for a few domain which meant that certificates expired and some services were offline for a few hours (because of course I'm in the middle of nowhere without internet when that happens) and until i figured out whats going on.

Do you have email set up? It should send you a mail after 3 days of cert failure. There should also be entries in the event log.

@andreasdueren sorry, I meant if your Cloudron is able to send outbound email. Does sending a test email work - https://docs.cloudron.io/email/#send-test-email
