Is there a way to run R and RStudio while running Cloudron on a server?

@drml I moved your question here. Currently, there is no way to run RStudio Server until someone packages it for Cloudron.

I found a Dockerfile at https://community.rstudio.com/t/dockerfile-for-rstudio-server/10753 . I have never used R, so maybe someone who knows it can tell me what it's used for.

@girish I have a good friend at the BBC that uses it for data journalism there. Admittedly, not looked into it further but sounds like the de-facto tool in that area.

From what I understand it’s often used for analysis like MatLab. Never used it though.

I use RStudio for spatial data analysis, dashboard creation, and generating reports. Would be nice to see it on Cloudron.
