    @mmtrade see https://docs.cloudron.io/email/#outbound-ports . you have to set up a relay . your VPS provider has blocked port 25.

      @joseph this does not actually show how to set-up the relay

      does it mean you have to set up on the machine?
      or you can set up directly on cloudrun?

                Is it the domain problem or anything i can do. Some emails do not recognize it as a true email

                    Have you followed the recommendation of mailtester and set the SPF record accordingly? Also the Cloudron mail status page would show you how to set it correctly.

                        @BrutalBirdie Ok fixed. The Cloudron did not even show me that. I have fixed the issue now.
