Move notifications to the main menu

I'd like to suggest moving notifications to the main menu, in order to make it more accessible.

It may also be due to my light OCD which make me unable to live with unread notifications, I'm one of those inbox zero people.

My Apps | App Store | Users | Username dropdown | Notification bell

?

I think I'd quite like that too.

If they move the notifications, I'd also suggest to add a red-bullet in the menu-button on mobile. Now you have to open the menu to check if there are notifications.

On this topic, to get zero inbox, I would really appreciate removing the constant notification about my backup configuration being unsafe. Yes, my backups are disabled. Yes, I think it's valuable to warn me when I set it that way. Maybe a reminder like once. Or even every month / after each update / after each reboot. But I keep getting the notifications every 10 minutes or something after I clear it...
