    Jam is an Open Source alternative to Clubhouse, Twitter Spaces and similar audio spaces.
    With Jam you can create Jams which are audio rooms that can be used for panel discussions, jam sessions, free flowing conversations, debates, theatre plays, musicals and more. The only limit is your imagination.

    @luckow nice find! Would love to have this (and other audio options too like Mumble and Asterisk) on Cloudron.

    @yusf I think you were looking for something like this?

    I use Cloudron with Gandi & Hetzner

    I was? Well, I like it very much regardless and have now used it for productive calls. 🙂

    Gotta admit, I like the simplicity of this one, has my upvote, although in reality I don't know that I'd ever use such things 🙂

    @robi I'm not excited by it, call me old-school but I like listening to the radio and music. Meetings and conference calls are a hellish to me.

    @marcusquinn this is very different.

    Being able to connect with people of like minds or topics is astounding. The depth of connection is also much more expansive.

    I've grown rapidly through this experience. (but that's just me)

    @robi I can see that - I guess I'm long on inspiration and short on time, so have to have stricter noise and attention filters to keep focused on my core interests. I like the Jam app design though, certainly approve of the simplicity and liberation.

    @robi I've sponsored a fair few things in the past, and some that never got done (despite paying up front) or made it to the app store (test writing seems to be another bottleneck).

    I'm reinventing my business model in other areas now, so no capacity to be negotiating anything I won't be directly using or chasing things I thought I'd done enough to get started.

    I'll keep focus on promoting the platform and posting any gigs that come up but I'm not sure that sponsorship helps as much as persuading more devs to join the community and package what they are motivated on for usage than money.

    @robi @marcusquinn This looks like it would be great for teaching and learning English (and I guess any other language). Old-school Language Corners could go digital!

    @scooke Not a bad idea at all, I like the lessons by Michel Thomas for languages.

    Given how much Clubhouse is blowing up I'm mildly surprised we've not yet got any @appdev peeps interested in packaging this - it looks great! 🙂

    (and there is a lack of voice/ audio/ voip call apps on Cloudron)

    I use Cloudron with Gandi & Hetzner
