    Insert sad emoji...

Apr 20 21:55:38 Apr 20 20:55:38 sogod [16]: [WARN] <0x0x556e724c8130[WOWatchDogChild]> pid 32 has been hanging in the same request for 1 minutes

This keeps happening no matter how many times I reinstall, change RAM allocation or browser. It subsequently crashes the app altogether.

It's 5.5.1 and happens only when I try to access Preferences in SOGo.

On the off chance that I do get into Preferences and make a change, clicking the 'Save' button doesn't do anything. However, it does save the setting.

I am a little lost and could do with help troubleshooting it further please.

Mm, I wonder how we can debug this. How many apps do you have on your initial instance? How much RAM/CPU does the first cloudron instance have?

@girish happy to share full logs from that app if it helps?

You already have support access I think, I'll open this as a ticket so you have the link.

It runs on a dedicated bare metal box with 16GB RAM, 1TB NVME and 4 core CPU.
