Solved Subscription upgrade issue

Hi There, I've had a paid Cloudron for a while and about a month or so ago I set up another free one. Today, I decided to upgrade to Premium. I did so but it's still showing as free. I'm guessing it's because I screwed up and installed the Cloudron using a different email than I use to manage subscriptions. What can be done to apply to paid subscription to the new installation?

@Ropyro Can you drop us a mail on support@cloudron.io with your cloudron.io account email and also the cloudron id? The cloudron id is listed in Settings page of cloudron dashboard.

This got sorted out in support. Subscription was purchased with a different appstore account than what the Cloudron was on.
