Kimai version 2

Kima released a new major version (2.0.0) and it will break plugin compatibility according to https://github.com/kimai/kimai/releases/tag/2.0.0-beta-2

We will most likely wait for the first patch release here to publish an app update.

We have published a package version for Kimai version 2.0.4 now.

Please be aware that the upstream major version change also includes some compatibility problems with plugins.

So this is a major package version which will require a manual update

@andreasdueren what exactly do you mean with "adjusting the VERSION_ID" ? Are you referring to just updating the app?

For the other error, I wonder if there is any specific plugin which causes that?
