The containers are not properly responsive.

Meaning they do not handle extra text well

I am curious why one might put in a long text. Funny thing is it's a label but you are using it as a "description". Is this something you want to show to your users? Or is this like some notes for yourself for admin purposes?

as @girish says, seems bizarre to have a long label.

I also only use labels for easy identification on multi cloudron instances.
Maybe what you are looking for is an extra description field which opens on hover effect?
    Something like this?

That long text is mostly an example of the issue itself.

The label doesn't handle anything over 25 chars or so.

I have 3 different customers each with their own apps, and I would love to have them identifiable on my dashboard without hovering over everyone to see the URL

@privsec You can use the customer's site logo for each app instead of relying on text alone.

    @humptydumpty
The hard part is it isn't organized by the logo

@privsec In addition to the custom logos, you can use initials to "group" client apps. For example:

John's Pizza = JP WP, JP NC, JP Mail, etc..
Girish's BBQ = GB WP, GB NC, GB Mail, etc..

@privsec said in Create responsive labels for apps:

Just put those different customers into different groups and then the restrict the relevant apps visibility/ access to those groups?

    That's what I do.

People in my better-media group cannot see all the apps in the united-diversity group (unless they are in both groups) and vice versa.

People in the safejust-space group cannot see all the apps in the united-diversity-bridport group etc and vice versa.

Why even show apps from one customer to anther customer when you don't have to?

Likewise, if I want to admin the apps for a particular group I just filter the app store by that group.

    Simple.

I use Cloudron with Gandi & Hetzner

@jdaviescoates I have apps restricted by groups, absolutely. I would just like to have responsive functionality for app labels such as Website-Cust. Name
