    is there any way to automate emptying the email recycle bin, e.g., every 30 days, such as Gmail?

        @robi More efficient to automate this process to free disk space. Users uses different email clients.

          I will move this to a feature request since we don't have such a feature. Currently, only Spam is deleted every 60 days automatically.

                There is a plugin but would need to dig deeper to see if you can force the settings.
