      Hello all,

      Having lost my admin password, I tried to login to the Cloudron interface using the command "cloudron-support --admin-login" . But it doesn't work. 😞 Do I have to run the command with a specific user? Is there another way to reset the administrator password to access the interface please?

      Thanks in advance for your help

      Alain

        That command should be correct, although the new flag is --owner-login but --admin-login still works for the moment.

        Did that command just fail or were you not able to log in with the credentials it printed out?

          Command seems worked, it returns me a temporary password, but i can't login with it. I don't know if it's normal, but I checked in the /home/yellowtent/platformdata directory, and there was no creation of the cloudron_ghost.json file

            That is curious. Do you have disk space left on that device?

            You can also create that file in the format of:

            {
             "username":"password"
            }

              Thank you very much for your help.

              Yes, i have enough disk space on device.

              I have allready created this file manualy, but it seems that's not taken into consideration... i named it "cloudron_ghost.json" . Is it ok ? Owner is root, is it ok too ?

              Here is command and its return :
              /home/yellowtent/platformdata# cloudron-support --owner-login
              Login at https://my.app.xxxxxxx.com as admin.xxxx / TlYd1jEhIW49 . This password may only be used once

                Do you see any errors in /home/yellowtent/platformdata/logs/box.log when trying to log in?
                Given that this seems quite basic, maybe something else if off. If you want us to take a direct look, enable remote SSH support (maybe you have to put the key manually from https://docs.cloudron.io/support/#ssh-keys also in your case) and send us a mail with your dashboard domain/ip (if behind a cdn) to support@cloudron.io

                    Do you see any error or request in the browser console even to the login? Does your browser block anything maybe?

                        Then i am afraid, we have to take a direct look at your instance via SSH to get this sorted I feel. If you want you can enable that as mentioned in my previous message.

                              This had to do with french translation being buggy in 7.5.0
