email privacy and email headers -
email privacy and email headersHi, I have a 2 part question.
- I have bee using this tool to test how private the emails are coming from my cloudron. https://www.emailprivacytester.com/
All of my mail is currently on FastMail and I'm switching over to cloudron. However, when I used this test on FastMail, they have a way to hide your IP address. So even if you do view images in an email or there is a pixel tracker etc... they still don't know your IP address, a FastMail IP address is given instead.
When I use the same test on cloudron, using Sogo, as soon as you view an image in an email, it reveals your home ip address.
Are there any options for this concern or should I not be concerned about it?
- Is there a way to remove metadata and ip info from cloudron email headers?
Thanks for the review!

Everything on one serverHello everyone. I want to self host all my services, just from a security point of view, is it bad to put bitwarden and your email on one server for example? Just thinking if something gets compromised, all my stuff is in one place. From a tracking perspective, is it bad to have all your data from different apps (wallabag, syncthing, bitwarden, email, notes...) going to one IP? Or am I over thinking it. Thanks!

Algo VPN@nebulon this would also add wireguard too

Sogo email aliases@nebulon ok thanks for the reply. I didn't think so but wanted to check. Would be cool if somehow the aliases you added in cloudron admin area show up as a from address automatically in sogo. Thanks again.

Sogo email aliasesHI all, I really want to us the Sogo web interface over rainloop. But I can't figure out how to add email aliases in Sogo so I can send from them. Is there anyway to do this like you can in Rainloop? I have my email aliases set up in the email admin area in cloudron, I just need to add them in Sogo so I can send from them. Thanks for the help!

Email aliases on different domains@nebulon ok thanks for the info, appreciate it.

Email aliases on different domainsThanks for the info. So would I have to have multiple rainloops installed then to do the forwarding, one for each domain?
I see you can add external domains via rainloop as well but I didn't see how to do that even though I was logging in as admin.
Thanks again.

Email aliases on different domainsHi all, I know you now can have different domains and emails on one cloudron. But what I am looking for is to have multiple domain aliases pointing to one email address.
For example, these aliases:
All point to (send and receive from) email account:
email@domain1.comIs this possible? Doesn't seem so. Seems like the email is restricted to the domain. Hope this makes sense. Thanks for the help!
