Oh woah, that's interesting! Never heard of it before. What a shame. That would be a really good addition. Thanks for mentioning it!

Yes, searched for something similar. That would be cool.
@girish "Error setting blocklist: setBlocklist exited with code 1 signal null"
My blocklist is pretty big at the moment, I need to clean it up. At some point I started blocking whole ranges from countries I don't expect access from anyway.
A general question. Is it ok to maintain the file "/home/yellowtent/platformdata/firewall/blocklist.txt" manually via a terminal as well? Since I unfortunately now maintain a larger list and the UI throws an error when saving. Also, I would like to automate that this is distributed over multiple instances. And this would help with that.
Currently I'm also fighting with a lot of brute force attacks on the mail server and the sftp. And regularly update the IP blacklists. A feature that would automatically refer to and apply such lists would be a really great thing.
Hello all,
I would like to use Pocketbase for 1-2 small side projects and before I try to do it myself I wanted to ask if anyone has done this before?
I assume (may be wrong, haven't started yet) that this won't be really hard, but if someone has already tried it, I don't have to reinvent the wheel.
Therefore just wanted to ask.
If no one has tried so far, I can gladly share my results later.
Thank you and many greetings
JD
I'm also very interessted in something like this.
@JLX89 sorry for bringing up an older thread. But I stumbled across this and am looking for something exactly like this. Did you get any further with it, did it work with LAMP Stack?
This app would be fantastic. I already love and use the Apple thing, but something selfhosted and more versatile would be simply great.
Hello all,
I was able to solve the problem. Once again it was totally simple. At work I only work with Docker on Linux. At home I just wanted to try it out quickly on Windows. Well, that was the problem ... again ...
For all of you who might have this problem, you have to change the "start.sh" file back to UNIX format on Windows. If you have installed e.g. Git Bash you can do this with "$ dos2unix.exe start.sh".
After that you can install the image without any problems. Thanks a lot for your help. Your answers at least showed me that the problem must be on my side.
Shows again why it is better to do the stuff on Linux directly.
Thanks again
Hello all,
I am currently trying to install custom apps on my Cloudron. But unfortunately I only get errors at the moment. Maybe I'm missing something where someone can give me a tip.
Currently I'm just trying to get the Node.js tutorial app on the server.
https://git.cloudron.io/cloudron/tutorial-nodejs-app/
But when I build the image locally and try to install it on the server the CLI stops at "Wait for health check ..." and the log shows "standard_init_linux.go:228: exec user process caused: no such file or directory". It looks like it can't find "start.sh".
I have also tried to adjust the Dockerfile. The Docker build is executed from the correct directory and so on.
Alternatively I have tried the Cloudron Build Service, but here it comes to a similar error after the install.
Has anyone had this problem before and can point me in the right direction?
Thanks and many greetings
@girish said in More subscription options:
This is why we offer deep discount for the yearly one (it keeps all our costs low).
Ah okay, I understand.
Then I will continue to test and consider whether I buy the annual plan.
Thanks for your help.
Hello all,
I am very happy about something like Cloudron, which I am currently testing. I used to manage my small private server all by myself, but I don't have the time for that anymore. I would even very much like to subscribe and use more apps. But I don't find the subscription options suitable for all needs.
My small server that I still own costs me just 9€ a month. The monthly cost of Cloudron would be 30€. Or if I would pay for a year in advance 15€. I know it is a lot of work to keep the software up to date, so I would even pay the 15€, but I would like to pay monthly with a contract of one year for example.
As I said, the prices are fair, no question. Therefore, I would only be happy about more possibilities to pay them.
Therefore, are possibly more subscription options planned in the future?
