How and where can I fix and add proper PTR Records in Cloudron?

@girish so again I control the dedicated server VPS and I have DNS system but was by passing it going direct form my Domain provide then I changed DNS records there to point to Cloudron subdomains.. Do you are saying ask Name.com my domain provider to create a PTR Record?

Is there a wat to recover Nextcloud, I moved it onto a working File Mounted storage then it loaded but backup where on Boot drive then I tried to restore after I have some module issues then this Error : External Error - EACCES: permission denied, mkdir '/media/aeternal.cloud' I have tried activating permission to write on /media/aeternal.cloud folder and the main boot drive location of Nextcloud both did not work and it is still not able to restore and I cannot see the files in file manager form inside Cloudron...?

If I am running my own dedicated server Cloud VPS servers then is there a manual way I can set the configurations? I am using Virtualizor for VPS deployment but I didn't see an obvious way to do it there..

How can I get PTR Reverse Domain setup so there is no error in Cloudron?Name.com doesn't allow for PTR DNS Changes.., Can PTR DNS be done by changing the CNAME record? Thanks!

@girish I am new to linux command line and networking and hardrive attachment. I solved it which is what I thought the PARTUUID I thought was enough it wasn't I needed to reformat and assign just a UUID which I knew but I didn't understand that PARTUUID and UUID are different. So I got it working after assigning a UUID to the formated drive using ext4 format. Then I created a folder and moved the mounted drive into the /media folder then attached a File Mounted folder.

This is the latest change and I still cant attach the drive in Cloudron

Yes I saw that page but for some reason the block storage will not attach..

@subven I decided to reinstall and gave authority for user accounts to Nextcloud which gave me access to users account passwords. I was a little confused about the other methods of correcting the issue but thank you for the explanation of other method of solving this.

I cannot access to change Nexcloud user passwords..
