@girish Thanks for the hint! I was more interested in removing the footer than adding it back here, but I'll also let the footer stay.

This is fixed in the latest package 1.18.0

Rereading, could be worth noting for other readers of this thread: the poll2 plug-in (which seems to be marked as possibly not working with this version of NodeBB) is not the same as the poll plug-in (which seems to be marked as working)/ I'm not sure why I had both installed.

The plugin has some ui to add commands it seems, but I haven't really looked further into this. I guess you have to install a nodebb instance on your own and activate it so you can see the admin settings for the plugin. I am not aware of any user based settings for it.

It's already been reproduced in the backup image which was given to nebulon and now you, check your RC DM. Remote access not required.

@JohnGuan If you want to backup NodeBB's mongodb, then go to the app's backup -> create backup. In the backup, there will be a mongodbdump file. As for importing, please see https://docs.cloudron.io/guides/import-mongodb/

@bangden07 It looks like the plugin installed. Just restart nodebb and you are set (in Console -> Restart).

@girish Ideally, both auth mechanisms would be available for use. Or one or the other. I really like how it’s done in Gitea, where LDAP is just one authorization methods out of several.
