It's almost funny to see all the rage against Bluesky by the purists, rage filled with disinformation and more beliefs and self-projection about Bluesky than actual facts by the way, but anyhow, this is one more vote for having bluesky on cloudron !

at this point it seems to only accept a single txt file. Mine is working but VERY slow to provide an answer to an inquiry.

I checked with my internet. I have symmetrical internet with speeds up to 300Mbps. The big one is ping. I get about 25ms to the Hetzner server from Helsinki.

Nice find. interesting. I would prefer something that does not require an api key.. That is a self sustained docker.

I like the combination of the GUI on top of established plain-text accounting.
I use hledger as a forecast tool with recurring transactions.
Paisa (or maybe it's the underlying ledger) doesn't work as expected.
Author does say it should be considered alpha (currently v0.6)
Worth watching further development.

@Adhok Good question actually, but i haven't tried that one. Since i only use Netbird client on Cloudron to run backups from Cloudron to my homelab.

I needed to add also that ChatPad is built to, and meant to, run on Docker. You can find the straight command, to run it on your Docker lab, on the Github page. So that means that you can also run this easily on your local machine on Mac and Linux (as I do) and on Windows as well with Docker Desktop.

The good news is this is ready to run on Cloudron also, as it's obviously dockerized, and shouldn't be too hard to adapt. I might give it a try myself as I'm getting into learning to build apps for running on Cloudron. There's too much good stuff out there that can be added... 🙂

This is my first application integration for Cloudron, and although I have successfully tested the Docker image on my side. From the description it's a static binary with connection to mysql, hence that would work in the LAMP app.

Here's the Dockerfile in case you want to build and package it, however it's not necessary since the binaries are available.

The foo+randomthing@domain.com format can be useful if you are signing up for a service like dailycatpictures.com.

You could give them the email foo+dailycatpictures@domain.com and that can help with filtering mail. Also, if their database is breached, instead of receiving weird emails addressed to foo@domain.com with all your email, they are sent to foo+dailycatpictures@domain.com and you more quickly can ascertain where the problem is.
