Mega - this is the same guy that did all the bad things in Australia or in the US and fled to Australia? I'd be a bit suspicious personally, but that is a good deal. Also, zero knowledge encryption...mmmm, maybe customer managed key (CMK), but zero knowledge seems a bit of a stretch. I must be getting old and crusty.

The Wikipedia page mentions that he is no longer involved in mega since 2015.

I use Mega for backups. I just pre-encrypt using duplicity with the megav2 backend (uses megacmd command line tool) and it uploads directly to Mega after encryption so I don't even have to worry whether it truly is "zero knowledge" or not

I now have access to the Mega S4 for 6 months for free.
3TB Space shared with the normal storage space.
3TB transfer quota.If someone wants a Bucket let me know.
BUT only upload encrypted stuff, since this is still my account I can see the data!
All Data uploaded here are seen volatile, do not depend on this for production backups!~ Cheers

Same thing here, I'd applied and got access too.
Now. we'll need to ad this option to BACKUP SETTINGS as Minio compatible or something. O've tried to test it, and at the moment it is not possible to use it as a Cloudron backup, even for testing, as all the options seem to be very specific to their own vendor type.Ignorance is not an excuse anymore!
