@girish I looked in sendgrid and saw this message for a blocked message to gmail:
550 5.7.26 Unauthenticated email from rimmer.cloud is not accepted due to domain's DMARC policy. Please contact the administrator of rimmer.cloud domain if this was a legitimate mail. Please visit https://support.google.com/mail/answer/2451690 to learn about the DMARC initiative. u30si9125436edi.376 - gsmtp
I thought DMARC was all handled by Cloudron? Is there something more I need to do?

@will Cloudron doesn't automate the SPF record setup when a mail relay is used. I guess this can be done, but right now one has to do this manually.
The SPF record tells servers who can send emails on behalf of the domain. So, you have to change that record to add sendgrid. You can follow this doc - https://sendgrid.com/docs/glossary/spf/ . Once you do that, mails will go through. (just have to add
include:sendgrid.net
to the SPF)
