      Hey there Cloudron Team,
I really like cloudron to provide my customers a easy possibility to administrate their Servers.
Since i am a Teacher for adults in digital transformation, i am in contact to a lot of people without IT background but interests in using Platforms for their own companys or society. I am also planning to make a Youtube Series to show how easy it is with cloudron without needing coding knowledge. Coming Soon @

Also i really like the Referral option. But i am missing one important thing for my business:
An option to add Customers to my account, including:

      • My Customers could Activate/Deactivate the Support Access - linked to my account.
      • From every customer I refer and support, I´d like to receive 10% of the turnover that they make with you for a lifetime.

Hi and welcome @DigitEgal we currently do not have any further referral options available. From what you described with the custom support provided by you, are you thinking of maintaining the Cloudron instances on behalf of your users? If this is the case we have some bits already implemented to customize the support section, but this is not finished yet. We need more use-case descriptions here to finalize this.

@timconsidine i didnt consider the full revenue, just a part of the customers revenue wich order Cloudron over my business.
And since i do no revenue with my Youtube Channel, we can do that for sure - you get 10% from nothing 😉

@nebulon thats exactly what i am thinking. Since i am also using NetCup as Hoster and they do offer a easy install of a Cloudron Instance on a VPS/root and also both points i asked for (Support Access Button & partly turnover of my Customers)
I use OSticket for a long time and implemented some Design improvements into it. Together with a connected OpenProject and a Jitsi Meet Server, ive built a great ticket support & FAQ System for my Customers where they can issue tickets and get remote help.
Since if you have worked on the support section for this cases i can use that aswell. Its easy implemented into my OpenProject. The REST API would be the best option but even the RSS Feed would be possible to use.
