Honestly, for anyone wanting this as a documentation/wiki, I think Documize is likely a more mature and collaborative solution:
Appflowy is definitely more replicating Notion, and Documize is taking on Confluence.
What do we use? EspoCRM Knowledgebase! For me, the question with every other app now is always going to be: can we just do this in Espo? In every case so far, the answer has been yes.

@robi Design and build with the Entity Manager. Almost all apps are CRUD+API. Espo just makes it very easy to design with that already in place.
