Cloudron Forum

The Cloudron platform is not built to scale apps horizontally nor break out individual components. You can increase the resources on your server, basically scale vertically, but this may not suit your use-case. If this is the case then Cloudron is likely not the platform you were looking for. If you want, maybe you can share your use-case and requirements, why you want to pursue this and maybe we can help out.

@Jeyakumarrathnaselvi not sure but https://github.com/directus/directus/discussions/12855 suggested you have to use logger object .

@Jeyakumarrathnaselvi So, WP itself is running OK but you face this issues when uploading a plugin/theme ? It would help a lot if you can give us complete information in a single shot and explain the problem in detail with reproduction steps. Otherwise, we all have to guess.

@Jeyakumarrathnaselvi services -> redis -> restart it. I think you should be able to restore after that.

BTW, once configured to use Cloudron mail, you can track the activity in the mail server event log - https://docs.cloudron.io/email/#event-log

@Jeyakumarrathnaselvi actually as I read this, this is about Directus having access to an LDAP server or active directory not the other way around.

@Jeyakumarrathnaselvi Not sure what the issue is. Is there anything in the logs? If you can give me step by step instructions on how to reproduce this (for a person who doesn't know Directus much), I can try to check if this is a packaging bug.

Yes, just bump it to a higher value and be sure to restart the app.

@girish Thanks Girish. It worked. but there is a challenge with directus is they don't have an option to copy the existing layout of directus and make a small change and create it as a new extension. it doesn't help. we should develop from scratch as per them

@girish Ok. I solved it by cloning the failed app to another app on the cloudron instance. it solved by now. I will try increase the postgres memory allocation in service and try whether it can solve the problem or not
