@xarp in the past I had built a custom php app that did exactly what you’re asking for. A simple registration page for a Cloudron user. I plan on implementing some form of group allocation and eventually subscription/payments.

If you’d like we can talk about me making you a custom version of the app

Ah this was my fault, I didn't approve the required app package version. This done now. So if you setup a new proxy app via your Cloudron dashboard, the user-management options should be available now.

I definitely see the need for something like this that is system-wide and not just mailbox specific as I originally thought

@xarp actually, Cloudron uses the inbound port 25. This does not prevent it from sending stuff.

I tried the postfix/mailutils method which uses a simple bashrc method in the user/root home, however when Cloudron rebooted, the mail service couldn't start unfortunately.

Setting "script-torrent-done-enabled": false fixes it.

@girish Belated marking as resolved for anybody looking in future. girish did some remote ssh support magic and solved the problem.
