    I used rm -r -f /path/ to delete the darkmode folder in the following places:

    /app/code/Modules/DarkMode
    /app/data/public-modules

    Then, installed and activated the Dark Mode module and it worked!

    @k2300455 I assume you mean https://freescout.net/module/end-user-portal/ ? You have to ask the upstream project about this. See https://freescout.net/contact-us/ on how to contact them.

    If you find out, please let us know here (we use freescout for support ourselves, so would be good to know).

    Can you try sending test mail ? That will eliminate whether this is something in the mail server/mail relay or FreeScout issue. As @subven suggested, you should try disabling all the modules and test things as well. The FS in the subject presumably means FreeScout.

    I see, that sucks. Thanks for the quick responses! I did purchase add-on modules for customization, widgets and others (For FreeScout). So far I'm liking the cloudron platform.

    @nebulon I can reproduce it on 2 of the 3 FreeScout instances, all three have at least LDAP:

    The one with only LDAP shows indeed the translations for LDAP FreeScout number 2 has: Block External Images, Custom Folders, Followers, LDAP Integration, Spam Filter, Tags FreeScout number 3 has: Block External Images, Followers, LDAP Integration, Spam Filter, Tags, Two-Factor Authentication

    I have a gut feeling it has to do with Block External Images, since I bought and installed it on 2 of the 3, those 2 have the issue.

    yep, @girish fixed in seconds, like a superhero! was an issue with the system link in rsync, and I discovered the output of the error was on the app log file, not on the container that's why we couldn't find anything on the log in Cloudron initially.

    I was able to help this time, but regardless of it being annoying - this was the wrong forum to post in. Cloudron does not make the app FreeScout - it only packaged it for Cloudron. So support is limited to user experience almost exclusively.

    That said, I am glad you found a solution for this 🙂
