    Hi,

    I run cloudron under KVM.

I need to install the qemu-guest-agent package to allow for the guest to shutdown etc from the host.

How can I get this installed?

I've researched and haven't been able to find the solution.

    Thanks.

      @np_cloudron

Assuming you are running Ubuntu 20.04, then simple do:

      apt-get update
      apt-get install qemu-guest-agent

      https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Qemu-guest-agent#Linux

Your problem description is pretty much super generic.
Please provider in detail information what the system environment is, what you tried and what solutions you tried.

Hi. Thanks, but I installed Cloudron from ISO and can't seem to get into CLI to run those commands.

So how do I get into CLI?

        My environment is:

        Proxmox
        KVM VM guest

        Installed from Cloudron ISO.

I have tried enabling SSH but I do not know the credentials to login, my Cloudron admin user isn't accepted.

        Thanks.

@np_cloudron The Cloudron admin credentials and SSH credentials are different. The CLI credentials would have been set when you installed Ubuntu. Not sure where you got the ISO from, but maybe it has some default login?

The enable SSH feature is for Cloudron support team to access your server. You should be able to access your server regardless of that.
