This does look like a very nice app. Lets wait until they release the first stable version and then we can package it.
Looks like this is ready for prime time now.
v2.0.0 came out last September and the notice they used to have about it not being production ready isn't there anymore (indeed, that was removed back in Nov 2020 https://github.com/knadh/listmonk/commit/c60cc3525fab0f5509521a9ddf7d0b4bb1415201#diff-b335630551682c19a781afebcf4d07bf978fb1f8ac04c6bf87428ed5106870f5 )

yeah this software sound very promising to replace MailTrain and even Mautic
Well, while the app looks great and sounds promising, we are however very far from replacing either Mautic or MailTrain with this.
It looks more like a nice interface for an app in the like of https://mailist.app/ .
Listmonk does not provide (yet?) with marketing automation features, you cannot even segment your lists, etc. AFAIK. -
@micmc For handling newsletters, being simple could be considered a feature.
You don't always need Mautic advanced features, with bells and whistle. (I'm obviously biased, working in the privacy field)
There's a working demo here: https://demo.listmonk.app/

I agree there is room to have "simple" app like Listmonk
Indeed and I agree too.
I was just pushing away some confusion that could have occurred to @JOduMonT who seemed to believe Listmonk could replace Mautic and Mailtrain. It cannot, at least not yet.ME ... while the app looks great and sounds promising, we are however very far from replacing either Mautic or MailTrain with this.
Of course, when he mentioned that I went and had already checked the facts, while trying the demo version, before I post the result.

and we could see an abyss of them between managing a mailing list with an email client and Mautic. It is sad that Mautic is recognized as a SPAM machine (Mailling List) by most of EMail servers and clients, this is mainly why I'm looking forward for a new solution.

Huh, I was not aware of that do you have any reference to this fact?
And, if this is the case have you had any chance to check to see if it is possible to counter Mautic's footprint assuming that it's how Mautic is "recognized" by mail servers and clients?
Some powerful email marketing platform I know can do so... -

Install Mautic and send message to a gmail it will tagged as Marketing,
It's because the mail contain a tracker -
@JOduMonT
We use a mail proxy for all outgoing mail and most of our customer want to have a tracker, but they don't go to spam/marketing on Gmail.Probably is only the header generated by mautic that make it recognize as marketing.

Yes or maybe I pushed a button which I shouldnt because it seams to be an exception in both forum
It was also before Aquia acquired the software -

@timconsidine I was investigating this when trying to update mailtrain to v2, but decided to try this out pretty quick. It works very well, the mail template editor is quite modern we well. Only missing some proper authentication.
