Can you setup a mailbox in EspoCRM to check your mails? Are you able to create custom workflows based on incoming emails? I was not able to find how to do either of these.

I checked our EspoCRM setup. Under Administration, there is:
For "shared" mailboxes (like sales@, partner@), we have setup Group Email. For individual mailboxes, we have setup Personal.
The settings for IMAP in each is like:

Interesting.
Is this instead of or in addition to using FreeScout for this sort of thing?

Interesting (again)
Do you use this instead of, or in addition to Roundcube/ Rainloop/ etc?
Thanks!

@jdaviescoates Some mailboxes like info@, support@, security@ are on FreeScout. For the others like sales@, partner@, where we want to store contact information, preserve history, track meeting info etc, goes via EspoCRM.
Not sure about @nebulon but I use our Rainloop installation pretty much only for configuring filters. Thunderbird is my main mail client.

@saikarthik I created a new category now - https://forum.cloudron.io/category/107/dolibarr ? Can you ask there. I haven't used Dolibarr yet since @eric is still packaging it and it's not completed yet, I think.

Nope it was not default in order to either feth emails or send mass emails and for some notifications you have to create a cron job
