Vikunja - The to-do app to organize your life.

Version 0.15.1 ist out and the package is up to date.

@stantropics
Thank you for creating an image for Vikunja. I just wanted to test your image by hitting the cloudron install button on the repo page but this does not work as expected. Do you have any hints for me why this doesn't work? -
@ctrl We haven't published the app yet (not even as an unstable app). You have to build it yourself to try it at the moment. Instructions here - https://forum.cloudron.io/topic/3102/building-custom-packages

@girish
I see, thank you. I might give it a shot over the weekend!EDIT:
I just built and installed it on our box which was pretty much straigt forward. IMHO the project has a lot of potential and is a strong contender and possibly a great alternative to Zenkit in the future. I put Vikunja on my watchlist and will revisit it in a couple of months! -
Something new here? This apps looks fantastic.
-
A bit late, but the package is updated to 0.16.0.

@staff it'd be great to get this in the app store
-
I've got Vikunja installed as a custom app (would love to see it published to the Cloudron app store as well).
One of the highlighted features is the ability to import from Todoist, but there's no way to do this through the interface. I asked in the Vikunja matrix chatroom, and someone suggested all the details on how to achieve this would be in the config.yml file. I've looked at this file in my install, but can't see any such section or info. Has anyone figured out how to migrate from Todoist?
-
@stantropics I see that you packaged this a while ago. Do you vikunja actively ? Happy to get it published if it's useful in it's current state. I ask because I haven't used the app much, so want to make sure it's reasonably 'stable' given that there is no 1.0 release for it.
-
So just to update... I installed an unstable version of Vikunja as a custom app, because some bugs to do with the Todoist migration were meant to have been resolved. The Todoist importer worked a bit better, but still threw up errors. Apart from that the app is working pretty flawlessly from what I can tell. Would be brilliant to have it added (perhaps v1 would be the right time).

@stantropics @lucidfox I had asked the author a while ago - https://community.vikunja.io/t/1-0-release-timeline/110 . Maybe you can check there asking him how it's coming along.
-
@girish I have been using the app since I packaged the first version. So far I have made a couple of updates and haven't experienced any data loss or problem related to the clodron packaging. Vikunja itself is in pretty active development and currently I would not give it a 10/10 in regards to stability, but I am using it daily and like the app a lot.
-
@subven alright, I have published it as unstable.
@stantropics thanks a lot for packaging it! it was mostly ready to go, I just cleaned up a few things up and moved it to new base image and moved the repo to https://git.cloudron.io/cloudron/vikunja-app/ . You should have permissions to the repo as well.

@girish said in Vikunja - The to-do app to organize your life.:
I have published it as unstable.
Thanks! Looking forward to having a play around with this
