Just wanted to give a heads up for Threema in that regard. Move slow and fix things ️

@robi good question, but I don’t recall, I have used rclone for access to different systems, I just didn’t recall how the cloudron was done when setting up a new machine, and didn’t pay attention to what an old connection was telling. User error, pure & simple. I ‘m trying to use Logseq more as an accessible brain dump, discipline of taking time to log instead of rushing forwards is difficult for me (old dog, new trick).

@luckow I also have small trimming scissors with which I use to snip those irritating hairs.

Saw the Twitter posts on the topic.. the lines were extremely long to get into the keynote, longest people have seen, from two towns away. The announcements were flashy as usual without answers for what people really wanted to know, timing and pricing. All supporting a dying industry that doesn't know it's dead yet. But they keep trying.

The tragedy of the commons all over again... I guess it can be seen as a benefit if your software is not complete open source, which will force people trying to sell your software in public tenders to at least get in contact with you to negotiate their purchasing prices. But even there are exceptions. I have to say that I mostly scanned the text and did not read it completely, but the feeling I get from it (looking at the criteria suggestions in the appendix) is that this will limit the overall amount of oss being proposed in public tenders. Because having to prove that you are a regular contributor of code or have active influence on the project seems like a high step to reach. Open source is not one, open source is a bricklayer house made out of a thousands of small bricks. PS: and if you don't want others to change your code and make changes closed source, why don't you use a software license that would forbid this?

@luckow Thanks for the recommendation! Although, in my case, i do need features that they consider as "Enterprise", example: API access. Also, Odoo Studio is not available on Self-hosted. Besides that, i've been seeing too much of mixed reviews regarding their support and pricing. So, not so sure about them.

@humptydumpty Hi, Thanks for the clarification! I tried a manual renewal, and everything is working fine. I just found it strange because, in the past, I only received these expiration emails for domains I had removed, so I had some doubts. But if Cloudron renews certificates just before expiration, that makes sense now. Thanks again!
