    4 TB has been mounted to the hardware system from the very beginning. Then I have mounted this 4 TB drive for Cloudron use. Then after installing Nextcloud I have added this mount point for the app and moved all Nextcloud data to this volume through app control panel (STORAGE - MOVE DATA).

    That broken nginx config issue again. After deleting one can also submit the location/sudbomain form via the app configure screen, that will generate a new nginx config for that app.

    Depending on where in the world you are, some ISP's offer a static IP. Although there are more considerations like does your ISP block port 25. Or you could have your mail server hosted. ie by linode or hetzner (or others).
    Or use a mail delivery service like mailgun.

    Also are you sending those notification to email addresses on cloudron, or to mail addresses hosted by other people?

    So two backups were completed successfully, but today the backup failed again. Mainly through rsync, it backs up the entire Cloudron each time, instead of incremental backups.
    That seems strange to me.

    I just changed the e-mail address of my user, after this I couldn't login and got the error in log-file.

    That probably works for those apps yes, still a proper relay is recommended.

    Can you go through https://docs.cloudron.io/troubleshooting/#hairpin-nat since Hairpin NAT seems to be the issue then.

    If you make sure that newer backups are off-server so not anymore in /var/backups, you can safely delete all files from that folder.

    Having said that, a bit later it stopped working, @girish - could it be, that with maybe regularly rebuilding the spam rules, the custom ones get forgotten? I still have the rule set up, checked its syntax several times (also with help of KI ;)) ... but it's not adding that custom rule right now.

    (I can still verify it was working yesterday afternoon, as the type of spam had the correct rule added to X-SPAM-STATUS - while later not anymore.)

    I thought perhaps the difference with a newer server where it works might be that I don't have Solr enabled on that... and so I tried disabling Solr... but a few moments later it re-enables itself!

    If you mean the webterminal, then this is into the filesystem of the app, not the host system. Cloudron does not have a webterminal into the host system, as it is not advised to tinker with this. However in this case you should use scp (essentially file transfer via ssh) to put the tarball into the /tmp of the server.

    @TheMoodBoardz Does it fail with tgz format also? Not sure how to debug this since it is just crashing with no real logs. If you reach out at support@cloudron.io , we can debug further.

    @Nico If I understand correctly, you have configured mailgun as a relay on Cloudron - https://docs.cloudron.io/email/#relay-outbound-mails . Is that correct? What port have you configured for the relay? You must use port 587 (STARTTLS).
