Self-hosted alternatives to Nuclino
-
Are there any self-hosted WYSIWYG markdown wikis out there like Nuclino?

We use CodiMD as our internal wiki/docs. If you like markdown, it is pretty awesome It can even do presentations!
Confluence is also an option (I think the license is only 10 per year).

@christiaan No, unfortunately. I used Nuclino for awhile, their graphing function is pretty useless once the "cool factor" wears off. VS Code + Markdown Preview Extension and NextCloud is what I landed on. Good luck!

@yusf said in Self-hosted alternatives to Nuclino:
This, imo, would serve the same need as a Notion replacement, for which Anytype shows promises to become.
Wow, Anytype looks interesting.

I guess we enter the personal preference territory here. ^^
I've used notion for a project a few months ago, and I didn't enjoy the interface. While it is quite powerful, the UX was sluggish and not structured enough to keep consistent when working in a team.
AFAIK, there's no FOSS alternative to the new generation of flexible apps like Nuclino, Notion, Podio, Airtable, etc.

@christiaan I actually have a markdown based wiki project I've been working on for over a year now:
Example site is my own site: https://urgero.org
Project: ArtemisCMS
I don't think it's like Nuclino, but it has a WYSIWYG Editor
