@girish said in Are you able to see your emails, like a mailbox, in EspoCRM?:

For "shared" mailboxes (like sales@, partner@), we have setup Group Email.

    Interesting.

Is this instead of or in addition to using FreeScout for this sort of thing?

@girish said in Are you able to see your emails, like a mailbox, in EspoCRM?:

For individual mailboxes, we have setup Personal.

    Interesting (again) 😛

Do you use this instead of, or in addition to Roundcube/ Rainloop/ etc?

    Thanks!

@jdaviescoates Some mailboxes like info@, support@, security@ are on FreeScout. For the others like sales@, partner@, where we want to store contact information, preserve history, track meeting info etc, goes via EspoCRM.

Not sure about @nebulon but I use our Rainloop installation pretty much only for configuring filters. Thunderbird is my main mail client.

So what are you using Personal Email Accounts in Espo CRM for?

I use Cloudron with Gandi & Hetzner

I checked our EspoCRM setup. Under Administration, there is:

For "shared" mailboxes (like sales@, partner@), we have setup Group Email. For individual mailboxes, we have setup Personal.

The settings for IMAP in each is like:

@girish sorry, i made a mistake in the original post. I meant to ask the same about Dolibarr. but I don't see a forum thread for it.

@saikarthik I created a new category now - https://forum.cloudron.io/category/107/dolibarr ? Can you ask there. I haven't used Dolibarr yet since @eric is still packaging it and it's not completed yet, I think.

Nope it was not default in order to either feth emails or send mass emails and for some notifications you have to create a cron job
