FYI the migration to Hetzner Storage Box coming from Contabo Object Storage was worth it and fixed all failures related to backups whether it was in term of stability or duration.
I didn't encounter issues yet, despite I'm using encrypted backups and i've plenty of apps including Nextcloud but I don't have as much data on it.

I think I managed to fix the problem now. @Benoit the latest just published package works fine with Nextcloud again.

Actually I apologize, perhaps my testing was incomplete. I'm not sure what I did wrong but I reverted the live site that had auto-updated, and then I cloned the backup of 3.7.0 with OIDC to a staging domain. I then created a new user in the staging domain as if I was a new member signing up, and then I was able to login in after logging out. I think the issue was with my admin account somehow being unable to login and I haven't quite figured that part out yet. But it seems like it's working fine for local accounts I guess with the new 3.7.0 app version, so that's good news then. 🙂

@girish Hello, no the backup sometimes fails with this error but I don't have any more information. I suspect the bandwidth because I have several servers which backup at night to the same destinations even if the times are staggered, it can happen that the backups are in parallel.

But no! What a careless mistake! I didn't even see it 🙂 Thank you! All is ok now

Everything Worked on my end!

Very strange, i tried again with another method. When i untar the file on my computer (ubuntu desktop) first and i send the directory with cloudron file manager and change the directory ownership, i have an error on activation and it does't work. When i send the targz file directly and extract it with the file manager and change the ownership all is ok and it works ! @girish is it normal ? Problem solved

Same here, with the latest update it works now. Thank you folks for updating the cloudron app!! (You don’t realize how dependent you’ve become on a feature until it is gone 🙂

@Benoit /api/v1/cloudron/status is the correct path for health check. It only returns the version now and nothing else. There is no errorMessage anymore . That field was used for provisioning time status (i.e setup and restore time). That is available via /api/v1/provision/status . The errorMessage was related to errors during setup and restore and was never used to signal any post installation errors.

@nebulon forget this, i haven't click on the "are you sure ?" confirmation message. It works fine !

Hi @Benoit we have just given it a quick round of testing and it appears to work with using the S3 compatible backup storage provider. The bucket information for scaleway can be found at https://www.scaleway.com/docs/object-storage-feature/

So for example using paris region, just give https://s3.fr-par.scw.cloud as the endpoint in the Cloudron backup settings.
