@girish followed your instruction but I'm getting the following in the logs after a restart of the Nextcloud App says "Not responding":

Yes, really stupid, there were reasons which I don't want to go into here.

This seems to happen to me every couple of years... I fill the hard drive and it crashes Nextcloud and I have a hard time restarting Nextcloud. I have read through the previous threads I've started on this topic.
I removed lots of file allowing for plenty of hard drive space. I dealt with the unbound issue and restarted that service.
In terms of replacing config/config.php with a version from a backup, the most recent version I had was from 2023, oops. I got an error from that file about it being an old version. So then I just tried inserting

  'installed' => true,

into the current version. The error messages I'm getting now after clicking on "Start app" are

OCP\HintException: [0]: Configuration was not read or initialized correctly, not overwriting /app/code/config/config.php ()

and

Jan 09 17:30:43=> Healtheck error: Error: connect EHOSTUNREACH 172.18.17.145:80

I'd really appreciate help in getting my Nextcloud running again. Thank you.

p.s. @girish Do you think I need to worry that I installed unbound on my Proxmox server when it wasn't already installed. Would it be best to uninstall it? So far that server is behaving normally. (Understood that this question is better for Proxmox support, but since I'm here I thought I'd ask.)

Actually when I said that unbound had disappeared I was wrong. I was logging into proxmox and not into the vm instance that Cloudron is installed on.

So here is what I get when I run sudo systemctl status unbound

SSH, unbound seems to be completely gone. nothing at /etc/unbound

sudo systemctl status unbound
Unit unbound.service could not be found.

Nextcloud crashed because of disk full. I've cleared out 30G of files. I'm getting the error

Network Error: Network error downloading icon : getaddrinfo EAI_AGAIN api.cloudron.io

when trying to restart the app.

@nebulon Thanks. Ohh, I was so close last night. Your post gave me the courage to plunge back in. The username I gave to the user who owns the policy was a really wierd choice several years ago. So when I went to the aws users page, I didn't think of exploring there. Also the ID and secret were in a file on my local machine, filed well with a good file name. Last night I just wasn't careful in looking for it. So I'm all good now.

I haven't done this in awhile. I did remember to add AWS domain id to the "policy" which gives permissions to API calls to Route53.

But I don't remember where to get the Access Key ID or the Secret access key. I clicked on "Users" at IAM and nothing looks right there. I have several domains whose DNS is at AWS so I've done this before. I can see the access_id used on those other domains but I can't find a secret associated with that access_Id. Uggh, it's a problem when you don't do this stuff very often.

Yes, that was the problem. I was logged in under a second test user account that I had assigned admin role. Logged out and back in as my original cloudron owner account and all good on that front. Thanks.

In the docs it says:

To enable SSH access to your server for the Cloudron support team, 
use the Enable SSH support access button in the Support view.

I've looked through all the settings and I can't find the Remote Support section.

Was it removed in an update?

As an alternative it says:

cloudron-support --enable-ssh

Where would I run that command?

I saw that the "unbound" service and the Redis service for this specific app were down. I restarted those services but Nextcloud still won't run.
