@jdaviescoates This seems like one of the most robust options. And the built in LMS looks pretty amazing.

Hello, There is a new release of Kresus (since april 2021). Kresus now requires Python 3 and Woob 3.0 (latest stable version) at least to work. I would love to know if it's possible to include it as an Cloudron app?

@soup nice. And it looks like you can either run this on the deskop or on a self-hosted server too https://github.com/athensresearch/athens-backend

@girish said in Notea: Why does a note taking app have to store on minio/s3? Notes cannot possibly require so much space no? From observing how people now write notes, I can see how individual notes could require a lot of space - I've seen colleagues, and other people create "rich" notes with hi-res (10-12+ Mb) images, 50+ Mb video files commonly. From looking at some of my notes, they can be essentially "containers" with 5-10 hi-res pictures.

@scooke I'd not thought of it until you said, maybe more in mind for North Americans. I'm sure they'll be open to a pow-wow

@necrevistonnezr Looks like they've been using the Expo build service, whose own app has 10 trackers:- https://reports.exodus-privacy.eu.org/en/reports/178855/ https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=host.exp.exponent

I began packaging up this app with a custom Dockerfile (though the project does have its own dockerfile). You can find the source at: https://source.infogulch.com/infogulch/promnesia-app though it is just barely running. I have published the app package to my docker hub repo at infogulch/promnesia-app:v1.0.20210415-4 You may be well served by reviewing the app's own install docs from the README.md, or the users guide. As for the cloudron integration, these are the steps that worked for me (I just got it working for the first time moments ago so...): Install the server component with: cloudron install -l subdomain --image infogulch/promnesia-app:v1.0.20210415-4 Then login to authenticate with proxyauth at the subdomain you choose to install it. The https://promnesia.my.example.com/status endpoint displays a short JSON status (the app is not designed to be interacted with from the web) Install the extension. Go to extension options and set the "Backend source" url to your domain, (e.g. https://promnesia.my.example.com) It seems that logging into the app in the browser enables the extension to authenticate correctly. (This makes me want to critically review which extensions I have installed .)
