yep, @girish fixed in seconds, like a superhero! was an issue with the system link in rsync, and I discovered the output of the error was on the app log file, not on the container that's why we couldn't find anything on the log in Cloudron initially.

I was able to help this time, but regardless of it being annoying - this was the wrong forum to post in. Cloudron does not make the app FreeScout - it only packaged it for Cloudron. So support is limited to user experience almost exclusively.
That said, I am glad you found a solution for this
Posted on GitHub but I don't think the answer works with the Cloudron containerisation limits to accessing the Modules folder unless you change that?

I've solved anyway with a reinstall, costs more time but need to get on with testing other stuff.
