OpenAI & Nextcloud PerformanceSorry for not being clear.
I am finding performance to be better; we are currently running 20 users, using over 60 Apps.
We found that once we got to 7-8 users, we had to give much more resources to the cloudron instance of NextCloud. Using 14GB Ram with a load average of 12.6%
The install we have of nextcloud via AIO on standalone server is running 20 users, 4.8GB at a load average of 6.7%
Not just that, issues with the mail app adding email accounts; we would always get errors adding the account and would have to retry autherisation 2-3 times before it worked (without retypeing anything. Then sometimes, it would say there was an issue adding an account, but when we tried again, it would work, but there would be two accounts with the same name.
Since moving to AIO install on a standalone server, adding mail accounts to the mail app works the first time.
We are still using the OpenID Connect from our Cloudron server for the users and login to our Nextcloud install and we are still using the mail server on our Cloudron to provide mail to nextcloud mail app.
We also found the user table on standalone install to be more functional than the instance of nextcloud on cloudron. What I mean by that is the selection box for Groups on the cloudron install was temperamental, not showing the list correctly when scrolling down. When selecting a group,p the selection box would stay until you clicked a certain area on the page. These issues do not seem to be present on a standalone install.
All in all we found running nextcloud on cloudron to be problematic.I noticed this really when watching the webinar regarding the latest release. Then tried it out my self running the same cloudron version as on a standalone and noticed the difference straight way.

Issue with Outlook Connecting to Cloudron Mail with App PasswordsSorry, that was a miscommunication on my part. I personally not known about App Passwords being available. Never had to use it until this week.
I only found out about the feature due to Outlook saying the need for an App Password may be needed.

I found this
it seems to be a common issue not just with cloudron servers, but other servers. I have had a look at the credentials sorted on my Microsoft account and there is none there as far as I can see in relation to my Mail server and Outlook.

We have been experiencing ongoing issues with Outlook connecting to Cloudron Mail. Initially, our setup was working without any significant problems. However, since the implementation of App Passwords in Cloudron, we have been unable to successfully connect Outlook.
Here are the details of the issue:
- Error Message: When attempting to connect, Outlook returns the following error:
- Steps Taken:
- We generated an App Password specifically for Outlook, as we learned Cloudron now supports this feature.
- Despite using the App Password, Outlook continues to show the same error message.
It's worth noting that:
- Spark Desktop Mail App: We tried using Spark Desktop, which works fine with the App Password.
- Thunderbird Mail Client: Thunderbird connects without requiring an App Password, and functions correctly.
Given these conditions, it seems there might be compatibility issues specific to Outlook with the new App Passwords feature. We are unsure about the next steps to resolve this issue.
Could you please provide guidance or any troubleshooting steps that we might have overlooked?

Issue with Outlook Connecting to Cloudron Mail with App PasswordsWe have used the same address for 1 year. Please be rest assured everything was working until we upgraded to Cludron 3.8.0
Before this, nothing has changed. We only came across this error because Outlook wanted to connect to the settings it had and could not, it has nothing to do with DNS Records or server setup.
Also DNS issues would affect all Webmail Clients not just singular Outlook.
I have tested Thunderbird. Spark Desktop, eM Client, Mailbird, the only one that can not connect is Outlook.

OpenAI & Nextcloud PerformanceNo problem, and please don't get me wrong cloudron is great in a lot of areas we use apps. But Nextcloud, unfortunately, doesn't look like it. And we need a stable nextcloud server.
