In our case, our current requirement with Cloudron is simply to be able to archive outgoing emails from specialized applications on the server side, as unfortunately these applications do not support this functionality themselves (no CC / BCC).
For our use case, it would therefore be completely sufficient to have an “Auto-BCC” function that can be configured for individual mailboxes, entirely without any legal context.
Even a command-line workaround would be perfectly sufficient for us.

While I appreciate the upcoming mail related features and fixes, there is still one crucial feature left out that was talked about for years: Auto/Custom BCC for incoming/outgoing mail
We need to make them archivable to comply with german GoBD law. Setting this at client level would not pass as the law requires seamless documentation without user influence. This is not limited to german law but is generally useful for any company that needs to document business processes comprehensively. I know a lot of companys and freelancers lacking DMS systems, mostly because its complicated and can be very expensive.
Best case would be the ability to set global BCC per mailbox within Cloudron.
Is there any update on when this feature will become available?
A global/custom BCC setting per mailbox would be absolutely essential for us and is urgently needed, especially for reliable and seamless email archiving without depending on individual client-side settings.

Thanks for the quick help. I managed to resolve the issue myself:
First, I changed the IPv6 address from "Public IP" to "Static IP Address".
Then, I used the "Reconfigure Networking" function in the Solus VM panel provided by the VPS provider.
I have since switched the IPv6 setting back to "Public IP" and the issue has not recurred. I assume that the "Reconfigure Networking" function resolved the problem.

Am I correct in understanding that the email server checks from which IP address a connection is established to send an email and by default, it verifies against the Spamhaus blacklist?
I'm asking because we want to send alarm and fault notifications via the Cloudron server from a regular DSL connection, and these addresses or address ranges often appear on blacklists due to dynamic IP addresses.
I'm concerned that important messages from the Cloudron server might be rejected as a result.

Thank you for the response. If I want to create a screenshot of all email addresses for someone, it shows the wrong addresses, only the secondary ones. It would be nice to have all of them displayed at a glance, with their respective domains. Do you know what I mean?
