    @humptydumpty I think it was a bug or something as I uninstalled the app and tried to reinstall it and it failed. For reference I have the Vaultwarden and Gitea installed. The 3rd app was Firefly.

    Just to clarify, the account on your server itself, where Cloudron is installed, is NOT the same as the appstore account from cloudron.io

    Attempting to get a password reset yielded no results, however the create account at the homepage is working so there is that. I wonder why it wouldn't let me create the account in the setup? Either way, I think I will be able to move forward. Thank you again!

    @VictorMC26 There are two totally separate accounts. One is to access your server's dashboard to install and manage apps. This is via my.domain.com . The account you have here is local to your server. The other is cloudron.io account. This lets you manage billing/subscription. The screenshot you posted appears in the 'App Store' view in your server's dashboard on first time use. It is asking for this account's password. If you don't have one, you have to sign up. Once signed up, you can use the My Account link on the top right at https://www.cloudron.io/ to manage billing/invoices.

    That status page now also takes app with OpenID integration into account. On the subject of OIDC, there are several that could be flagged as supporting SSO with little or no extra effort: So, the flag in the status page indicates not if the app could be integrated, but if the Cloudron package takes care of the integration automatically. Hopefully since we have OpenID support now, as you mention, we can add more to that list soon

    Right, you need to figure why unbound is not starting. The logs are in journalctl -u unbound -fa . Note that if unbound doesn't work, DNS doesnt work properly on the server and makes this quite unstable (as you experienced already).

    @inane It seems on some networks, our internal DNS resolver (unbound) does not work. It's not clear why. Is yours a private network or some public VPS provider ?

    There is at https://api.cloudron.io/api/v1/apps however use this with care otherwise we have to further rate-limit the queries, also this is not a stable API as we change it as we see fit for Cloudron versions, and also we currently have no documentation for that.

    Hi there, I just double checked our support spam folder there and I can't find any related mails. Do you get bounces when sending mails? For your initial issue, you can also send a mail to sales@cloudron.io directly with your two email addresses used for those subscriptions, I should then be able to refund accordingly. Please also let us know if and which subscription you want to keep.
