Not 100% sure but seems like synapse does not support a built-in backup and restore as per https://github.com/matrix-org/synapse/issues/2046 . So, you have to essentially migrate databases and files manually. You will find all the necessary files in your synapse and element app backups.

@LoudLemur Supposedly supply chain issues and the extra demand. I think what triggered the demand is that you can officially boot from an SSD now without any hacks.

@hustler PTR in your case is about setting a reverse DNS (rDNS) record. Take a look at the Linode tutorial: https://www.linode.com/docs/guides/configure-your-linode-for-reverse-dns/
