@murgero It looks pretty good! I dislike the nested systems feeling I get from Nextcloud inside Cloudron however, but currently there's the also excellent CodiMD available which I use daily. StackEdit is way faster though. The editors themselves seem to bring a roughly equal amount of features.

    @fbartels
for the word of "anonymous" I just copy-and-pasted their tagline 😂

Their SAAS version is great as is if you just want send/receive email anonymously.

But I want to have control of my email (even if it's less important emails).
Ptorx was interesting because it's a great way to keep our inbox clean. (e.g. separating all those newsletters and emails from an actual human being.)

At the moment, default Cloudron email needs a lot of steps to reply as youremail+alias@example.com type of email (as far as I know).
When I hit a reply, I have to use youremail@example.com and it's hard to automate filtering.
So I thought this would solve a problem.

@murgero Catch-all is for any address for the same domain. So at the moment, I use Roundcube for setting up flexible forwarding.

@nebulon Oh interesting, I didn't realize it wasn't supported yet, just assumed it was. Thanks for pointing it out, that changes some of my future plans then. 😏

Alternatively, there's also https://github.com/localtunnel/server (docker image available).

Mautic is now published as an unstable app. Once we have some positive feedback and no major issues on installations, we will move it to supported stable apps listing.

The package repository is at https://git.cloudron.io/cloudron/mautic-app

@willywonka said in Missing App Store Public made APPs option ?:

Please Cloudron Dev(s) allow community to upload apps for turn key deployment

    They do so already:

@girish said in Cloudron 4 released:

Community/Unstable apps. There's been a lot of app packaging going on and we can't keep up with testing of all the apps. So, we will get them all listed in the coming weeks, so others can easily test them out.

While not totally trivial anybody could already before build and install local apps. With the above change the local building step could afais also be skipped.

There is the cloud-torrent app already, which serves a similar use case.

Thinking about it, if there were going to be a bigger, badder SSO solution "baked in" to the platform, keycloak (https://www.keycloak.org) may be the better tool to close some of that gap than Shibboleth for the job (OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, and SAML support built-in; similar flexibility on the backend). My main thought in the use case of SSO apps is that SSO as a platform component is, to date, a platform-internal feature, and I think there's a huge benefit to being able to essentially treat Cloudron as your authoritative directory / user store and leverage it for SSO with SaaS and other strictly off-host products.

This is done by now! We are currently even testing the new Bedrock (previously pocket) version.
