@nebulon I can reproduce it on 2 of the 3 FreeScout instances, all three have at least LDAP: The one with only LDAP shows indeed the translations for LDAP FreeScout number 2 has: Block External Images, Custom Folders, Followers, LDAP Integration, Spam Filter, Tags FreeScout number 3 has: Block External Images, Followers, LDAP Integration, Spam Filter, Tags, Two-Factor Authentication I have a gut feeling it has to do with Block External Images, since I bought and installed it on 2 of the 3, those 2 have the issue.

Ok there was a related new upstream release and I have update the Cloudron package now.

@nebulon I’ll keep an eye on this, it not every minute (scheduled fetch) but a few times a day so not a real big issue.

@imc67 yep, @girish fixed in seconds, like a superhero! was an issue with the system link in rsync, and I discovered the output of the error was on the app log file, not on the container that's why we couldn't find anything on the log in Cloudron initially.

Would the 2FA carry over through LDAP if i switch my freescout instance over to the new version or do I also need to get the freescout 2FA module?

Our freescout install seems to be doing fine.

Posted on GitHub but I don't think the answer works with the Cloudron containerisation limits to accessing the Modules folder unless you change that? https://github.com/freescout-helpdesk/freescout/issues/847 I've solved anyway with a reinstall, costs more time but need to get on with testing other stuff.

@girish This is good news! However I'd better wait for 5.3 as this is a production Cloudron with high usage and I don't dare to change that code
