Absolutely right, that helped me.
ONLYOFFICE Docs 8.1.3 Package Version com.onlyoffice.coudronapp@1.17.2 restore from backup works. But updates then fail.
So I installed the latest version directly from the app store, changed the secret and made the corresponding changes in Nextcloud (/settings/admin/onlyoffice). So just a whole restart. You really don't lose anything.
Now it's running again. Thanks.

As I said, the problem occurred when emptying the trash. I assume that many workers are being requested here.
I have increased MaxRequestWorkers from 15 to 100 and slightly increased the RAM allocated to the app.
As far as I could test now, the problem seems to be solved.

@nebulon I think for a start just making ssh based git push/pull work with hooks on the Github Pages and LAMP app is good enough. I think for rest of the "complicated" apps, we have to really make some container based PaaS, where we build the container as well (just like Heroku). That's a really long term feature.

For tgz, what we found is that the slowness is mostly because of the gz part and most of the cloud VPS are not very fast at this. And the whole tgz by it's nature is single core.

For rsync, parallelism and buffer size were indeed a constraint. But these are both now configurable in the 5.5 and 5.6. Note that the concurrency her also depends much on the storage backend. For example, DO can handle only 20 at a time. But S3 can handle 1000s at a time. One has to experiment with the values a bit to figure the right number. Mostly s3 connectors don't publish ideal sizes and concurrency unfortunately.

Yes, Cloudron groups are not in LDAP currently. Currently, if you want to restrict to a group, you can do this already. But if you want groups to sync, that's not implemented. Feel free to open up a feature request to implement this and we can guage the interest.

Getting a direct ssh connection into an app is not possible. All apps run in a separate container and are isolated from the main system. Depending on the app however, most apps have a read/write folder mounted from the host system into the container to store data. For example nextcloud is setup like this. The folder is located in /home/yellowtent/appsdata/<appid>/data/ and you could rsync data into this folder with the regular ssh connection to your server. You can easily see the appid if you open either the logs viewer of the app in question and take the appid from the browers url bar. Please note that this is merely a workaround so far and it depends on the app, if it correctly will pickup the data there.

I've just been playing around with PrivateBin (which works way better than HasteBin which is really hard to use on mobiles) and noticed it can be used for this, i.e. you can create a password protected paste that can only be viewed once.
