@thetomester13 I'm glad it was helpful! It was a fairly opinionated guide in that I specifically chose Gridsome for the SSG and GitLab/Gitlab CI for the git and CI platforms. But these steps can be adapted to other platforms.
And yes I find the colour cycling philips hue lights incredibly relaxing while I work
@girish Ok yep, you're right. Simply emptying out my trash by 'permanently deleting' files cleared up a few gigs and now the entire NC image is 3.8GB which seems like a much more reasonable size when the files there are 2.8GB. Thanks!
(Can mark as resolved)
Just got some basic tests up and running for Homepage! You can find the repo here. It packages version 0.9.6 of homepage-cloudron. I hope to soon add a background color option to the config as well for the more minimalist crowd.
@girish what do you think the chances are of publishing this on the store?
@girish@murgero I had a dream last night where I visited the Cloudron app store and found a new Gitpod App!
Dreams do come true, or nearly so, anway
btw, when using Gitpod, I think user id only matters for tracking code changes (which can be handled in a gitconfig file for each new workspace). I believe the Gitpod technology is mostly targeting teams who want to provide exactly the same compute environment to every user, maybe with differential code/data repo access permissions (scientific reproducibility starts with hardware specs and software versions, etc.).
I'm not sure if that helps, but thought I'd mention it ...
@msbt d'oh! That worked, I was able to delete the app successfully after manually (and with sudo) deleting the contents of that directory. @girish that directory contained an empty data directory and that's it. Hope that helps debugging!
Thanks @girish, that makes sense. I need to migrate TTRSS and Wallabag which should be pretty trivial I believe. The one I'm worried about is Nextcloud because I have some plugins and settings configured just how I want them.
