I've been using Cloudron Mail for a long time with 3 different providers (Linode, OnetSolutions and Hostinger). I never had an issue on sending and receiving e-mails.

What bugs me a lot is the search. It doesn't work well even with full-text search enabled...

Another issue is the lack of good webmail software to use with Cloudron Mail server. Any other mail provider (Gmail, Proton etc) have a much better UX than what is available on Cloudron. I used for some time SOGo but now I use Nextcloud Mail and Snappymail's Nextcloud app as a fallback. From now and then I ask Mozilla to develop a Thunderbird Web 🙂

This should be fine. The secret may change in the future, if so you of course have to reset it on the matrix side.
Not sure what that stun_auth error was, maybe some other client trying to use it.

@eddowding no, app updates should happen as always. But unfortunately, there is a bug which I think you hit . https://forum.cloudron.io/topic/10699/no-automatic-app-updates-with-pending-box-update/ . Can you try the patch suggested in that thread?

We use Postmark (postmarkapp.com) on all of our cloudron servers. They're a email relay service. We haven't had any issues emailing to Microsoft since using them.

Why do you think so? 2FA is actually something VERY secure. So much, that I'd have time to figure out how to pierce such protection. It might be F....ng hard!

The intentions behind it are less than honorable.

It's always the case with microsh.t in all they do anyway, however 2FA with TOTP will not identify you personally and it's powerful.

This is very much a generic Linux topic, not much related to Cloudron. So looks like it is already mounted from the last error message you have posted.
You can run the mount command to see all currently mounted filesystems. Maybe you have to first unmount it to then mount it to the correct mountpoint?

Personally I think it would be a mistake to chose VPS based solely on the fact that it has a one-click install of something that can be installed by copy/ pasting 3 lines of code anyway 🙂

@makemrproper Sounds cool. The same can be done in cases (and there are loads of posts across many a forum) where someone has two versions of node installed, but their system is only recognizing one them (and of course it's not the correct one)? The same scripts and shell code will read the system, determine if the correct version is needed, uninstall or negate all the others, fix the users shell, or .env, ... isn't this starting to sound like Cloudron is managing users systems rather than just installing and managing itself and what it installs?

@LoudLemur Nextcloud also stores version history, and has comments on files in the web UI.

Thanks for reporting. I already fixed this in git a couple of weeks ago, will get fixed in next release. I am reworking the docs around the user management feature and hence why things are moving around.
