@jtippetts atleast the dashboard seems up now. Not sure why the machine shutdown itself though.

I figured out my issue. Turns out that even though I read the documentation I made one critical mistake right at the beginning. I had to create my email accounts and the addresses I wanted to work in Cloudron first. Then Install the Snappy mail client and set up the email accounts there second.

Once I deleted the Snappy mail client and reinstalled it everything worked. I'm not sure how but this topic can be marked as resolved.

AFAIK GnuCash is software that hast to be installed on a client PC. What Cloudron does is delivering webapps with docker containers. If you have to download an executable and run it on your local PC, Cloudron is the wrong choice and won't be able to deliver such type of software.

Take a look at Firefly III and Invoice Ninja.

@jtippetts MB, I should have been clearer. You should have asked this question in the thread I referenced above instead creating a new one. You'll grab more attention by replying to the main post since it'll ping all the participants that were involved in the packaging. Also, there's a sticky about searching before posting 🙂

@girish So I disabled the port forward rule in my router and it resolved the issue. Thank you!

@jtippetts Yes, if the second one is failing, it's most likely because the server is unable to reach itself. Is this server in a home network?

@jtippetts It's hard to tell what is happening. Can you try this:

Reboot the server Please check if the IP address of server matches the DNS entries. Maybe the IP address was changed during the process of opening up email ports? Once rebooted, please check the output of systemctl status box and systemctl status nginx. If they are both running, the dashboard should be reachable.
