    @alphy Is there a way for us to access the server? Not sure why unbound is not resolving but that's the root of the problem. If it's possible to access it, please send us info at support@cloudron.io and we can debug further.

    I don't think there is any backup option out there which can do what you are hoping can be done. The one exception is if you are manually extracting the data to be restored, and putting them in different locations. I just say this so you don't go feeling like this is some sort of weakness of Cloudron. Backups rely on timestamps and exact conditions. You couldn't restore the second backup because it would look for the time slot from which it was built, in the records, and those records aren't going to be in the currently restored backup. But if it is the media you want, then the fact you do have separate sets of backups does mean you can at least navigate through the backup and find that media, and then as @nebulon said, manually add them back to your Mastodon. But I gotta say, why do you need to have this media? I mean, Mastodon IS social media, and it's meant to be ephemeral. If there is some info you like, then screenshot it, or click the link and bookmark it, print it out to PDF, or follow the poster (to then check them out post-restore to see that specific post) etc. But saving it and keeping it to be viewable only within your Mastodon seems like a use even Mastodon wasn't really meant for.

    The current addon uses 14.9 so I guess you could run the corresponding image from https://hub.docker.com/_/postgres

    @Fairy this could be a bug in our Import UI, let me test and get back.

    As a workaround till we fix:

    Download the backup from GCP directly Upload it to somewhere in your server , say at /tmp Then, in import UI, choose Filesystem and give /tmp/app_xxx.tar.gz

    That is actually a simple email newsletter platform, and afaics there's no automation, not even an autoresponder function, yet, I guess. Looks interesting though. And it installs with Docker so it should be ready to be packaged for Cloudron, however it's very basic. Not even comparable with ListMonk already...

    @robi @d19dotca identified the issue at https://forum.cloudron.io/topic/10434/email-event-log-loading-very-slowly-seems-tied-to-overall-email-domain-list-health-checks/9 . When we switch views, pending http requests of the old view are not canceled .

    @whitespace I see that earlier in the thread you said you had no backups. But just wanted to double check, if you had any (even ancient ones) ? The reason is config.php has passwordsalt and secret which is what is used to hash the db entries. https://github.com/nextcloud/server/issues/34780 has some suggestions which may or may not work .

    As for your question, not a nextcloud expert, but if I had to guess user settings and password will be reset since the data files is only the files.

    It seems the issue here may have been a lot of CPU steal on my VPS, my provider has moved my VPS to a different host server and now it seems to be no longer timing out. Still monitoring, but seems to be the situation.

    Could Cloudron find some way of partnering with a company which produces routers, or a project which works on wireguard supporting firmware? I think reducing friction to self-hosting Cloudron at home could help Cloudron become more widely used.
