@d19dotca ah, noop is for the DNS. For the certs, if you click on advanced (in the Domains view), it will let you choose self-signed/fallback certs. That way it won't use let's encrypt.

@artd2019 Currently Cloudron does not offer (a documented) "whitelist" / "allow list" function, so there is no way to guarantee deliverability of an incoming email. There is a feature request for it already that I'd encourage you to upvote. Version 6.3 coming in the not too distant future is supposed to deliver on many of the email improvements users have been clamouring for (including myself). One thing you can do if you're not already is making sure to remove those emails from the Junk / Spam folder in order for SpamAssassin to unlearn the message as spam. Eventually after a sufficient number of them, it'll learn that those emails are not spam and will decrease the BAYES probability of it being spam. On a related topic, you may want to consider enhancing your SpamAssassin rules list from the defaults, specifically in your case the BAYES_## rules perhaps as I have offered previously in this forum.

@d19dotca said in Loading Event Log page throws ER_OUT_OF_SORTMEMORY: Basically the real settings are coming from /etc/mysql/mysql.cnf, right? Yes, they are the same file as you found out. In any case, the change I made is good because ORDER BY <xx> should always have xx indexed in the database to lower memory use.

@girish Thanks for that command. It is indeed strange and I haven't seen it on other Cloudrons, so something must have got stuck with this one. Not a big deal, but it's nice to have that message not displaying any more.

@rcdncn An update. I goofed and it's working now. My first try I navigated to app/data/.htaccess and there was no <IfModule mod_php7.c> I noticed that there is both and htaccess and a .htaccess and I was in the incorrect file.

@girish Cool, thank you kindly. It's just for incoming mail to those addresses for the time being, but I may add auto-responders from them as well at some point. For interest, I'm setting up all sorts of automations in EspoCRM, so tasks@domain.com will create a Task record and auto-reply to confirm it's been created. Doing similar for other data objects to.

@girish I think that would be a good change. I also think I should have gone through the Troubleshooting document sooner : https://docs.cloudron.io/troubleshooting/ Thanks!

@d19dotca Sadly, they do match. I'm guessing it's something with my current setup that's acting funny. I'll ignore it for now since I plan on migrating either to the new Contabo server that I got or upgrading my current one at DO to Ubuntu 20.04. I just thought it was a wrong setting on my part. Thank you for looking into this and for sharing the custom spam rules! I know you've put a lot of time into that [image: 1620396102638-2443c4d7-ec13-4149-add3-28e1e7ad48ed-image.png]

@mastadamus right, the spamlists won't work if those lookups get blocked. Currently, if the lookups fail, the mail server will simply go ahead and try to detect spam via spamassassin. It's just one of the metrics for spam detection. I guess it's fine if it's working OK for you without it .

Ok, I solved it. I had to delete all my DNS settings that previously existed and then reset them. Once I did this within milliseconds Cloudron started working. Whew, I was sweating bullets there for a minute.

@d19dotca Yes, I think you're right, thank you. I need to look into that. Or move some long term storage files ("archive") into Minio. That might just be moving the problem, but dividing the problem might be a partial solution.
