@girish i think i will. but first and most importantly, i would have to see if i can get new hosting. o and i also lost my domain login, so i would have to have my domain admins who have ctrl over the domain do it for me. basically i accidentally reset my c omputer witch had a passkey on it, causing me to get locked out. and second, i think i'll have to have another server, so i'll have to see if i can finance a server for the duo software.

@nebulon and @girish I´ve changed the two domains MX records to mail.marzaXXX.XXX.XX, which is the "Mail Server Location", and it appears to be working correctly. Also, now the "expected value" is the same as the "current value" in the DNS MX record status in the UI. Thank you.

The remount does not happen automatically, but the backup logic checks first if the mount is active before starting to copy files.

@girish thanks a lot super fast response. Just installed cloudron this day with the new setup-script. For the people reading this in the future) setting the immutable bit did the trick, no installation like I supposed needed. Works like charme...

@adisonverlice2 ah, I see, thanks. So, intent of Cloudron's Directory Server is not to replace/compete with AD. It's just a way for apps to authenticate. It's not meant to replace a full blown LDAP like manage user profiles (pictures), groups, organization trees etc.

I had this for a while, with an instance of PeerTube, I think. But then the problem went away. Edit: nope, it was The Lounge, and possibly it went away because of this.

Please update to Cloudron 7.6.4 where it is fixed already. The DigitalOcean API behavior had changed recently.

@nafets-lesierk I wrote a guide for ssh tunnels now - https://docs.cloudron.io/guides/ssh-tunnel/ My understanding of your setup is that Cloudron is on a public server and your MySQL database is in your house. If that's the case, port forward the mysql server's ssh connection via fritz box. Then just setup a local port forwarding from the public server to mysql port via SSH.
